Ryan Laemel (YC ‘14) supported the Presidential Carbon Charge Task Force from 2014 to 2015. He led the program’s design, implementation, and evaluation in its first year, from 2015 to 2016, as the Carbon Charge Project Coordinator. Previously, he worked for Yale’s Office of Sustainability through the Woodbridge Fellowship. Ryan holds a B.S. in Geology & Geophysics from Yale and is a fellow of Timothy Dwight College, a recipient of the Gerald R. Ford Scholar-Athlete Award, and a former captain of the Yale cross country team. He now works for Rocky Mountain Institute in Basalt, Colorado.
